This product is made from ripe fruit of gramineae annual herb—barely by  germination and dry.It is yellow or light yellow-brown.Its endosperm is a kind of powder and it’s big, milky white and light aweet,which is better with big ,yellow , full and completed bud.It is one of the main raw materials of beer.
